To: The Amazon Customer Service department I ordered a book called "Wasted" which is about one woman's struggle with her eating disorders, anorexia and bulimia. Included with the delivery was 4 coupons for free McDonald's chicken sandwiches along with a promotion for ham. Don't you think it tad in bad taste to send those promotions along with a book about eating disorders? Your response is the exact opposite of what I fucking wrote. I wrote a fucking COMPLAINT about having McDonald's and Ham promotions along with my book "Wasted" which is about eating disorders.
Either you didn't read my fucking email carefully enough, or just decided to intentionally misunderstanding it. Either way Amazon does not look good as far as customer fucking issues. - Wang
